In addition to my own practice, I also lead process-oriented workshops in a number of creative techniques. From individual mentoring to larger group sessions, my teaching is rooted in a deep engagement with theme, an invitation to explore and layer ideas, and to make strong marks. The final artworks are a result of this rich, honest process. I supplement creative support throughout these guided journeys with critique and feedback. My main focus is sparking the energy and excitement inside curious minds, opening the creativity within.

Mural Art Project. Mouths Wide Shut, the mural artwork shared with the community of San Luis Obispo, California, for Forbidden Wall by Dwellinart in 2019. Growing up in a communist country I was muted from free speech. As a legal immigrant to the USA, I observe “familiar” forms of censorship, self-muting, cancel culture, politically correct shunning and shaming.
